Under Milk Wood

A rehearsed reading of Dylan Thomas' classic.  

Milk Wood, night-time home of owls and courting couples, ambles down the hillside to the awakening town of Llareggub, where the residents go about their business - and everyone else's.  Blind Captain Cat recognises each cough or footstep.  Polly Garter scrubs floors, earth mother to the men and scarlet woman to their wives.  Butcher Benyon stalks the streets, a finger (not his own), in his mouth.  Schoolmaster Pugh schemes to murder his wife and the Reverend Jenkins prays for his innocent flock.  With evening milking, the Sailors Arms (never shut) opens, and the wood wakes again to its nightlife.
