Three Sisters

Three Sisters is quite simply a classic.  It is open to different interpretations, but the underlying factor of this absorbing play is truth.  Chekhov's view of life at the turn of the century is equally as relevant today.  He examines people's attitudes and values, relates their experiences and explores their hopes and dreams.  His play studies the complex relationships between three sisters, their immediate family and some of the officers from the local battery command, and captures all the emotions that surround them.
