The Lion in Winter
The Lion in Winter concerns itself with the political manoeuvres surrounding the meeting between the English King Henry II and the French King, Philip. The year i 1183 and England owned much of France and the English thrown was a power to be reckoned with, especially with Henry's three sons vying with one another as to which will be Henry's successor.
