Agnes of God
A young nun commits murder in a convent. The psychiatrist sent to assess her sanity comes up against the rigid outlook of the protective Mother Superior of the convent.
This play concentrates on the battle between those two strong women - atheism against religious belief, science against miracles and proof against faith. Between them stands Sister Agnes whom they both love. Is she an innocent, is she mad or is she a saint?
