Marvin's Room

Marvin is dying. But he’s been dying for the past twenty years so his daughter Bessie doesn’t miss anything. Bessie herself has leukaemia and needs a bone marrow transplant so reaches out to her estranged sister for help. This dark American comedy, full of wit and pathos, sheds light on family tensions and exposes the sometimes delicate balance between caregiving and selfishness.
