Hampton Hill Theatre is regularly used as a unique venue for private social events including:

  • Birthday Parties
  • Anniversary Celebrations
  • Christening Parties
  • Funeral teas and memorial events
  • Family gatherings
  • Clubs and society events

Main facilities are:

Yardley Room and adjoining Coward Room

The Yardley room is a large, airy space with huge windows and a bar facility. It makes for a perfect reception, catering and entertaining space. Up to 100 people for a reception or 70 people for formal catering can be accommodated.

The adjoining Coward Room, a smaller space, is perfect for smaller gatherings with up to xx people for a reception or 20 people for formal catering. 

The Coward Room also makes a great disco, children’s space or quiet room for those bigger events in the Yardley Room. 

Our facilities include:

  • Fully air-conditioned – individual to each room
  • Full wheelchair accessibility
  • Guest free Wi-Fi
  • Nearby parking and good public transport links
  • Discounts for local businesses, public sector, and local charities

We can also provide a full bar service and help source dance floors, lighting, DJs, catering, coat facilities etc to make your event perfect. 

All hires include and are supervised by a dedicated duty manager who will attend to your needs.

Main Foyer

The main theatre foyer with its own bar makes the perfect venue for smaller gatherings. The space can host up to xx people for a reception.
