We’re looking forward to our first full length Noël Coward play for over a decade and one we’ve never staged before.
Fallen Angels see best friends, Julia and Jane, who are respectable, married… and absolutely bored. But when a dashing French lover from their past announces he’s coming to town, their polite façades start to crack. With their husbands conveniently away, the wine starts flowing, old rivalries resurface, and a perfectly civilised reunion descends into delicious chaos. When temptation knocks, will they answer?
Fallen Angels is Noël Coward at his cheekiest. This fast-paced comedy of manners bubbles with sharp dialogue, farcical twists, and the timeless tension between romance and respectability.
The play will be directed by Mandy Stenhouse, whose brilliant production of Stepping Out sold out on the Main Stage last year.
